1) Privacy

QDIQUADU design holds necessary to be able to manage the Consumer's personal data, in order to offer its own services, intending for “data” the personal and identity Consumer's data (Art. 4, co. I, of the Privacy Code - D.Lgs. 196/2003). QDIQUADU design doesn't manage sensitive or judicial data. The decisions regarding the finalities and the formalities of the data management, the used tools and the safety measures, are adopted by QDIQUADU design. Accordingly (Art. 28 of the Privacy Code), QDIQUADU design is the data "manager".

2) Finality of data management

The Consumer's data are picked up and used exclusively for finality directly connected to the activation of QDIQUADU design services, to fulfil the obligations from the law, from rules or from the UE normative and for the exercise of its own rights in the judicial seat. The personal data will managed by the holder as responsible of the management. For the finalities above suitable, QDIQUADU design can communicate the Consumer's data to determined subjects, entrusted by the holder of the supply of instrumental services necessary to the execution of QDIQUADU design services (vectors entrusted of the Products delivery). QDIQUADU design guarantees a suitable safety level in the Consumer's data management. The Consumer's data will not spread.

3) Consumer's rights

The data are picked up by telematic way, directly near the Consumer and essays through operations of recording, consultation, communication, maintenance, cancellation, you also effects with the aid of electronic tools, assuring the employment of fit measures for the safety of the treated data and guaranteeing the reservation of the same ones. The Consumer's data, memorized on electronic support, they are guarded and filed on a situated server in Italy. Particularly, the holder declares that the recorded data on the server are protected against the risk of intrusion and non authorized access and to also have adopted fit safety measures to guarantee the integrity and the availability of the data as well as the protection of the areas and the remarkable places to the goals of their custody. The Consumer has the right (Art. 7 of the Privacy Code) to get, in every moment, the confirmation of the existence of the data that concern him/her and of the finalities for which are used. The Consumer also has the right to ask the updating or the rectification, the cancellation or the block of the data and to oppose, in everything or partly, to their management. To practice the right above-mentioned, as well as to receive information about he subjects near which the data are filed or to which the data are communicated or about the subjects that, as responsible or entrusted, could have knowledge of these data, the Consumer can turn to the holder.

4) Obligation of data communication

The data communication on the activation of the Services is obligatory for the Consumer, as is tightly functional to the carrying out of the Services. The possible refusal to furnish data involves the impossibility for QDIQUADU design to activate the Services and to develop every activity to concern them.
